Mike, Iris and Mark are back in the studio to discuss their “best and worst of” first time watches for 2016. In this annual episode, we welcome a ton of listener “best and worst of” lists, and then finish the episode with our own “best and worst of” choices. This is a long episode so take the long way to work and take an extended lunch today.
With the launch of the new website imminent, I’m looking to add a few content providers to the site. In the editorial department to be exact. If you’re an experienced writer that I don’t have to edit too much (or my future editor doesn’t have to edit too much), and if you’re interested in getting your stuff published to the web, then please contact me via email or message me here on the site using the contact option above. The editorial department consists of the following:
Genre Topics (genre specific topics)
Film Reviews (any film goes)
Books and Tech (any book, video game, vinyl record or etc…)
Ladies of Exploitation (undefined at the moment)
If this interests you and if you can provide writing samples (published online preferably), then please holler at me here on the site (via the contact page) or send an email to me at BBandBCPodcast@yahoo.com and I’ll followup with additional information.
This week on the show, Mark walks Mike through the Romano Scavolini directed picture, Nightmare (1981) aka Nightmare in a Damaged Brain. So grab a brew (you’re gonna need it) and sit back while your two hosts try to deal with a nightmare of a film.
In our first episode of the new year Mike and Mark discuss the Jesus Franco directed sleaze-fest, Sadomania (1981). Due to the weather playing havoc across our Nation we did encounter technical difficulties when recording. We do however manage to get the episode done and in your ear-holes.
In the last episode of 2016, Mike gets together with Ty Ray from the Beats and Eats Podcast and sits down with actress Jacqueline Lovell to discuss Head of the Family (1996) and Nude Bowling Party (1995). We’ll be back on January 8th with our first episode of 2017.
